The Children’s Joy Foundation, Inc believes that children and youth should be given a chance to live a healthy and productive life since they are the most precious asset of our country. All efforts should be exerted to promote their rights and survival, protection, participation, and development.
Many children are staying with the foundation for temporary shelter, training, and education under the supervision of the foundation staff. They need financial assistance to finish their education and earn a degree so that they can take care of themselves independently.
Through the child sponsorship program, their education will be sustained.
The Children’s Joy Foundation, Inc has established a child and youth welfare program to create a brighter future for Filipino children by addressing the poor, indigent, and underprivileged children in the society.
The foundation is serving children ages from 4 to 18 years of age. It started in 1998 with a simple immunization project to needy children, since then, it has blossomed to accommodate residential care services, educational assistance thru scholarship grants, medical and dental health services. The foundation expanded to cater children’s of the same condition to the communities, thru supplemental feeding to malnourished children, construction of Day Care Centers to far flung Barangays and teaches livelihood skills trainings to parents and youth who are not working.
The Children’s Joy Foundation, Inc., is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 15, 1998 licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development last March 17, 2005.
